By supplying such information, we will retain only the information needed to complete your order and keep a log for our business transactions. Any information provided to us will not be shared with any other company or 3rd Party.

Refund Policy

Babies to Boomers agency fees, application fees, and membership fees are non-refundable. See below for additional details.

Event Services

Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Four hour minimum will be charged for all jobs that are cancelled after Babies to Boomers has confirmed the caregiver.

Sitter Services

Cancellation Policy:
The agency fee is non-refundable. 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations or the client is billed the 4 hour caregiver minimum charge and the agency fee.

Hotel Services

Cancellation Policy:
The agency fee is non-refundable. 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations or the client is billed the 4 hour caregiver minimum charge and the agency fee.

Summer/Short-Term/Permanent Placements

Replacement Policy:
The first ten weeks (2 weeks for summer/short term) is considered a probationary period. During this time, if the caregiver or the family is dissatisfied, Babies to Boomers will perform a second search for free. Between ten weeks and six months, the referral fee is fifty percent of the original fee.
